On 15th November, Six Senses Koh Yao Noi will hold a dinner hosted by renowned French wine maker Pascal Jolivet.
Coming from the famed wine areas of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume, all wines are ideally suited for pairing with the abundance of fresh local Phang Nga seafood sourced for the dinner.
“Pascal Jolivet at The Hilltop” will commence at 6pm with our Chefs preparing food at live stations around the pool alongside paired wines selected by Pascal. Guests can mingle with the charismatic Mr. Jolivet while wandering around the pool and enjoying the unique view and sunset our most exclusive villa commands of the Phang Nga limestone karsts.
At 8pm the moon will be up and dinner will be served at our communal table at The Living Room. Make new friends, dine with Pascal Jolivet, discuss his wines and enjoy sharing the freshest of ingredients prepared by the Six Senses Culinary team.
