Our Story
Today Monistrol are amongst the largest Cava producers
in Spain. Monistrol has a rich and proud heritage since 1882 that combines with a modern, innovative approach to wine making.
Monistrol produces more Brut and Brut Nature (97.5% of total production) than any other major Cava producer
We were pioneers in quality Brut and Rose Brut . The high calibre of Monistrol wines enabled the production of quality brut cava's with a low sugar content.
